You will work closely with internal stakeholders from across the group, ensuring the functionality of the organisations is maintainedthroughout the day.This role requires an excellent communicator with strong IT skills and extensive knowledge of the latest Microsoft software.   • Act as the initial point of contact for IT support within the organisation, addressing queries and issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain both software and hardware for computers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues across all group companies, employing comprehensive problem-solving skills.
  • Order, repair, and replace computer equipment proactively to meet current and future needs, while maintaining an organised hardware inventory to prevent excess equipment.
  • Configure IT equipment for new hires, facilitating seamless onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth transition into the digital workspace.
  • Regularly update and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for efficient reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of IT processes and systems across all group companies and multi-sites, promoting consistency and collaboration.
  • Efficiently manage support requests, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders throughout the resolution process to enhance user experience.
  • Provide first-line support to users within the group of companies, addressing issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Keep the asset register up to date, managing online services and software subscriptions to optimize resources and ensure compliance.
