SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Droitwich who are looking for Claim Handlers / Customer Service Advisors to join the team Fully remote / Hybrid working to suit candidate after probation Fully flexible on experience as full training will be provided Can work 40 or 45 hours (you will have an increase in salary for 45 hours) paid breaks Office hours are 8am - 7pm so flexibility on working hours to suit Saturday 10-4 although this on a rota basis Key Accountabilities / Activities: - Assist with all new and existing instructions for emergency accommodation - Ensure daily activities are completed in the set timeframes as set down by Senior Claims handler. - Ensure any complaints are escalated to Senior Handler and Team Manager within SLAs - To play a vital role in the team, and assist the Senior Claims Handler as requested - Flexibility regarding Out of Hours phone to ensure covered - Work to both individual KPIs and team targets - Attend regular training sessions - Ensure fully aware & competent in all department processes - To help cover holidays and sick where ever possible General duties: - To familiarise yourself with your departmental standards of performance and to be able to demonstrate their application - To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times - To co-operate and communicate with colleagues to ensure effective department teamwork - To attend any meetings, training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and your development - To demonstrate and live by our company values by delighting our customers, partners and colleagues with the highest quality, value & service
