Job Description

Contact Centre Manager£25,000 - £27,500 + Bonus schemeMonday-Friday / 9-5Our client is one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses in the Southeast. To ensure they continue this growth we are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Manager who can make an immediate impact.What will your responsibilities be

  • Leadership of the business’s in-house telephone based sales and service team of up to 15.
  • The development and coaching of your team. Actively engaging and supporting individual members to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Undertaking regular 1-2-1’s, to review performance and identify training needs and opportunities for development.
  • Actively contribute to a continuous programme of improvement by identifying and instilling best practice.
  • Ensure effective and consistent communication throughout the team, encourage feedback and customer insight to enhance the customer experience.
  • Embed a performance culture, framework and review process to achieve service levels and deliver against KPI’s.
  • Ensure service and sales targets are continually reviewed to maintain optimum levels of quality and service delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer champion, providing insight to the wider business and suggesting ways to improve all stages of the customer journey.
