One of our most forward-thinking, passionate clients is on the hunt for a consultative, proactive New Homes Sales Consultant on a 6 month temp basis to sell our their development in Dorking. This is a sought after opportunity for any consultant who wantsmore flexibility over the weekends. Sunday & Mondays are off!You will be based in a gorgeous marketing suite that is situated just outside the market town. Our client works to the highest of standards and wants a temp who is highly consultative, professional.We are looking to speak with New Homes Sales Consultants who are looking for a new challenge and have a proven track record of selling out schemes.Initially, this will be a contract opportunity to cover 6 months temp - however they have a large pipeline of sites in Surrey which you could move to.Our client prides itself on its 5-star customer journey and super high specification. You must have a background in New Homes sales to be considered for this role - and ideally worked for a 5* housebuilder.Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and sell a stunning product.What will you bringJob Requirements:
