Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a supervisor to manage a team of street scene operatives covering Doncaster area.You will supervise a the team, duties including:

  • Coordinate and supervise staff
  • Ensure a high quality service across the Borough
  • Deal with day to day operational issues and management of the team
  • Provide focus and direction ensuring targets are met
    • To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a driving licence
  • have experience of motorised equipment such as mowers/sweepers
  • Be experienced in working within a street cleanse/grounds maintenance environment
  • Have experience of managing a front line team
