Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Facilitator to work for our client based in Doncaster.The main purpose of the role is to own and manage the product complaints system and provide administrative support to the quality assurance department.Key Responsibilities of the role will include:Customer complaints.*To provide a primary point of contact for the sales team*Manage the complaints database - responsible for the documenting, investigation, reporting and communication of complaints and relevant information*Work with the wider QA team to inspect & test returned items*Generate technical reports*Work with the QA team to investigate and root cause product quality issues (8D etc)*Generate weekly complaint reviews for managementAdministrative activities:-*Control of time sheets and HR requests*General office duties including booking staff holidays, arranging training with L&D and communicating team briefs*Input and review of QA inspection data*Filing and control of inspection documents*Updating QA documentation upon request, including SSW, RA, internal specifications etc*Populate the HSE folders with requested information and documents*Contractors / engineers permits to work*Recording and circulating meeting minutes*Collection and recording of internal product nonconformance reportsTo be considered for this role you will have knowledge of H&S and Environmental requirements. You will be self motivated and have the ability to make decisions on your own initiative and be able to communicate at all levels.Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm,with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.Flexibility regarding working hours & overtime as you will be required to work over your standard hours on occasions but part remote working will also be considered.Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
