Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleWould you like to join our established and driven rural property management team in Doncaster Primarily this office serves our clients within rural property management, and they are part of a close-knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional resultsfor our clients & ensure their properties and estates are being managed to their maximum potential.Were looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If youre a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates then this could be a great opportunity for you.This is a permanent full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm).Duties will include:

  • Assisting the existing Property Administrator
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders (Including clients, contractors and tenants) regarding day-to-day issues, repairs, monitoring regulatory compliance schedules and preparation of plans.
  • Dealing with property work, undertaking property inspections and arranging minor property repairs as well as preparing and submitting documentation (rent reviews, lease renewals etc)
  • Assisting with preparation of budgets and cashflows through collating monthly expenses.
