Job Description

Business AnalystDoncaster£30,000-£40,000 & benefitsWe are working on behalf of a well-established and rapidly expanding, privately owned manufacturing company to recruit a Business Analyst for a newly created position. This business is one of the major suppliers in their market and has seen recent significantgrowth. This growth has been achieved through a very hands-on management style and complete focus on driving the business forward.The JobBusiness Analyst This is a newly created position as Business Analyst to support this growth and rapidly expanding team. You will need to understand the business processes and be able to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business. You will make changes to the overallefficiency including process optimisation and implementing two key projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Research gathering, data cleansing and analysis
  • Lead the implementation of a new ERP system and new T&A system
  • Design, develop, implement and co-ordinate data driven solutions, systems (including ERP and T&A systems), tools, processes and procedures
  • Conducting tests, surveys and workshops
  • Become the superuser of the new systems and train other users
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining risks, opportunities and solutions to the business
  • Maintain working knowledge of the business and recommend changes to processes, procedures and software when needed
The ideal candidate:
  • The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements
  • Be able to analyse data models to deliver logical conclusions
  • Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes, which isa business analysts primary role
  • Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes
  • Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.
  • Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
