Job Description

Summary Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support We have just the role for you as a Business Services Administrator, internally known as a Business ServicesCo-ordinator. What its like to work here The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so youll have to love variety, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset. Youll report to the Business Services Lead and work in a small team within the Regional Business Services Team, which covers the Midlands and East of England Region. Your contractual location will therefore be dependent on the location of your home andflexible across the Midlands and East of England, were happy for you to work at any of our Regional Hubs or properties and there will be an opportunity to explore and agree a hybrid working arrangement, which strikes the right balance for you and the Trust. What youll be doing Were looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their waywhether its helping with our archiving, helping the region with purchasing, or acting on requests from our colleagues,youll want to help others and get involved.Youll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across the region. As well as supporting daily operations, youll have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. Youll always champion best practice when it comes to business services, and will be confident challenging the norm whenyou think theres a better way of doing something. Who were looking for Youll need to have the following experience:

  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Well organised and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
