Job Description

Site Store Supervisor – Diss – Full time - Competitive SalaryWe are recruiting for a Site Store Supervisor based near Diss. The position is Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm. Hours of work may vary during the harvest period.Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.Main duties include:

  • Manage store operations
  • Repair and maintain plant equipment
  • Diagnose hydraulic and general maintenance faults and successfully carry out repairs
  • Adhere to Health and Safety practices and procedures at all times
  • Supervise and co-operate with your colleagues
  • Responsible for the supervision of any temporary harvest workers on site
    • Key requirements:
  • Counter balance and reach truck license
  • Full UK driving license
  • PA pesticide certification (not essential)
  • Able to work alone and on own initiative
  • A pro-active and hands-on approach to solving problems, dealing with unexpected challenges and taking responsibility as well as achieving outstanding service
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
