Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for an Internal QRM Support to join a friendly and supportive Sales Team, for an innovative and award-winning steel manufacturer, based on the outskirts of Sheffield, close to Dinnington.Here you will ensure that the QRM, (their inhouse version of a CRM), is kept up to date with accurate information gained from communications with existing customers regarding on going projects and prospective new business. Ensure that key information isreported to internal departments.As the Internal Admin Support you will be required to:

  • Updating register with quotation derails from the previous day
  • Following up on quotations issued the previous day, ensuring quote has been received and if any further information is required
  • Logging any feedback from the customer onto the QRM (CRM) system
  • Liaising across internal department and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) as required
  • Ensuring that information regarding the project phase is accurate and up to date
  • Following up on ongoing projects in line with the diarised touch calls to provide excellent service and ensure no challenges arise
  • Recognise issues that need to be raised to ASMs in a timely manner
  • Prepare weekly reports of quotations produced, project gained and lost etc
  • Support ASMs in managing the QRM and all information is logged and up to date
Essential requirements for this role:
  • Proficient in IT and systems including Microsoft Package, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under you own initiative and as part of the team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate good time management skills
  • Ability to quickly understand the basics of engineered products, their functions and applications.
Salary: £24,000 per annumHours: 8:45am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday. 8:45am - 3:00pm Friday**Flexible working, including hybrid options, along with shorter working hours may be considered
