Client DetailsPage Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading Manufacturing & Retail led business sin Dewsbury who are now looking for a new Sales Office Manager.This role was manage a team of 12fte across Customer Service, Internal Sales & Order ProcessingDescription
  • Direct Management of 12fte across Customer Service, Internal Sales & Order Processing
  • Manage sales order processing procedures, ensuring service excellence at all times
  • Ensure you and the team meet customer expectations around timescales and handling of enquiries
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system
  • Drive continuous improvement across the function
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are accurately recorded
  • Build key stakeholder relationships across Sales, Finance, Production and Logistics
  • Provide reports on key MI to both MD and Sales Director
Profile
  • Strong people management experience
  • Background in a similar CS / Sales Office Management role
  • Strong communicator
  • Ability to drive positive change
Job OfferThe Sales Office Manager role is based on site in the Dewsbury area, Monday to Friday 08-30 to 17-00The position offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceThis is a great location with easy access from Wakefield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Leeds & Bradford
