Are you an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator looking for your next venture, if so this could be the perfect next job for you. Our client has an exciting permanent opportunity for an Export Co-ordinator to join their expanding team in Dewsbury.You will be responsible for liaising between customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure an efficient operational service is provided. Being first point of contact for all customers, you will be involved in managing the export process as part of the export team, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities. You will be obtaining information from customers to ensure correct measures are in place and that all customer needs are met. Liaising with Customers, Custom and Operations Departments ensuring all documents are received within the designated timeframes. Regular liaison with suppliers, forwarders and agents to obtain up to date shipment information and ensuring customers are fully informed of the progress of their shipments. You will also be covering for import operations and assisting the quotes team when required.
