Job Description

Based at The Hamilton Medical Centre, we are a hair loss diagnostic and independent surgical treatment centre. We are solely dedicated to providing medical and surgical hair restoration solutions in our CQC registered, state of the art facilities.Our promise is to provide surgical treatments, where only the highest standards of quality and care are provided to our patients. We offer the most advanced treatments, create the most beautiful and healthiest results, all delivered by our highly trained and caring team of professionals.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our business. As our Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of our marketing strategies. You will understand their offering and their target audience, and see to it that projects are completed on time and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking and monitoring the global aesthetics field; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.
  • Taking responsibility for marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing directives.
  • Demonstrating how you we can gain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product/service and directing promotional support.
  • Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Influence present and future products/services by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
  • Maintain a research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
  • Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests.
  • Develop your team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Maintain your professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the field of Aesthetics
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience of working with external agencies/creative studios
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Demonstrable experience of creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential
  • Experience of developing and managing marketing processes to achieve maximum results
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Familiar with financial planning and strategy
