Child Abuse SolicitorDewsburyA new vacancy has become available with a leading regional firm at its Dewsbury office. It is looking to recruit a Solicitor or FCILEX into its Child Abuse Compensation Department, although no experience in this field is necessary, full training in this specialisedarea of personal injury litigation will be given.This firm is a forward-thinking firm of Solicitors, committed to a diverse working environment. It has a strong reputation in the market and have been established for over 70 years.The Child Abuse Compensation Department is a national leader in the niche area of abuse law, they are involved in landmark cases, specifically in abuse suffered in foster care. They have acted as the lead Solicitor for large groups of survivors who sufferedabuse in childrens homes and detention centres and have been instrumental in the development of scheme cases.To be considered for thisChild Abuse Solicitor you will be a Solicitor or FCILEX and have a background in Personal Injury Claims and/or Civil Litigation.Previous experience of pursuing multi-track cases to trial, including attendance on Cost and Case Management Conferences and Cost Budgeting is also ideal. If you have experience in dealing with CICA claims and drafting bill of costs/conducting costs negotiations,this would be a clear advantage.The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package to include 26 days holidays rising to 31.
