Someone whos ready to become an essential contributor to the strategicdevelopment of our eCommerce plans.Would you like to work in eCommerce in our bright, creative, dynamic and constantly evolving greeting card and gift wrap business Sound interestingDid we mention that we offer hybrid working too!Jonathan is recruiting into his team Jonathan.Who are we looking forYou may be already working in a similar eCommerce role and be looking for your next challenge in a thriving and supportive business.To succeed, its likely you will have:eCommerce Trading experience (B2B or B2C).Strong understanding of trading with Amazon or Pureplay.Experience in Retail Merchandising/Buying desirable but not essential.Excellent analysis skills.Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and the ability to proactively lead and manage multiple projects, working to deadlines and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and dynamism to proactively solve problems using own initiative.The skills to communicate with a range of internal stakeholders including Director Level.The ability to present internally and to customers confidently and clearly, driving impact and inspiring action. This is essential as this is a customer facing role.Key activities & responsibilities include:Demonstrate a true understanding of how to trade and grow the eCommerce business with the right blend of innovation, customer focus, commercial acumen and executional excellence.Lead and drive the strategic development of our Amazon business end-to-end through sales analysis, traffic optimisation and improved customer experience.Responsibility for account P&L including sales forecasting and budget management.Work cross-functionally to drive sales and efficiencies within UK Greetings.Remain at the forefront of developments within Digital Marketing & eCommerce.Identify business issues and opportunities in an ever-changing eCommerce landscape and recommend action plans to drive incremental sales growth and profitability.As this role will involve some travelling you should hold a full driving licence.This role operates in a hybrid working pattern of office-based days and working from home.
