Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established service supplier within the beverage industry, who have been operating for nearly 40 years.They pride themselves on their customer service, creating and developing long term relationships with their clients from initial enquiry through to full delivery of services.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Use of Sage200 and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) packages.
  • Establish, build, and maintain close working relationships with customers.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and advise on the appropriate solutions and equipment for their business.
  • Explain to customers the various ways that equipment can increase the efficiency and profitability of their business.
  • To understand and be able to explain technical information concerning equipment and processes.
  • Ensure that all advice given to customers is followed up with a quotation/invoice as appropriate.
  • To understand and negotiate prices and discounts within agreed limits
Necessary skills and attributes:
  • Experience of working in a previous technical sales role would be desirable
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Ability to stay away from home on occasions (exhibitions/trade shows)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Personal responsibility, working with minimal supervision
  • Team Player
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Accurate literacy, numeracy and IT literacy skills
  • A positive, can do’ attitude and results driven approach
