Job Description

Role: Marketing ManagerSector: Care Management Software / Care Planning Software / Care Home, Domiciliary Care and Supported Living SolutionsPackage: £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary DOECompany Location: Devon, UK.Candidate Location: Remote, UK WideThe Company:A leading supplier of Care Management Software at the forefront of innovation in the sector. The coming years promise to be extremely exciting with some fantastic plans in the pipeline. They are a friendly and employee focused approach, based in the picturesquetown of Tavistock, Devon. They have an informal and casual office space with the ability to work from home when required.The Role & Candidate:The Marketing Manager is responsible for initiating, planning and managing the implementation of the agreed Marketing strategy for the business. The Marketing Manager will be expected to develop and execute marketing and commercial programmes, campaignsand sales enablement initiatives. This entails support with bringing new products to market as well as life cycle management.You will have a small team of marketing executives and a marketing budget. Your role would be split 70% for new business generation, 30% for customer retention. Above all you will set the tone for organisation on all things marketing!The Marketing Manager will also manage all social media activity across all relevant platforms along with the regular updating of the company website and will monitor, analyse and improve all internet traffic and SEO.Responsibilities

  • Manage the companies ongoing Marketing Strategy
  • Manage a small team of marketing executives
  • Manage your marketing budget
  • Update, manage and improve the company website
  • Help build lasting relationships with Care Control customers at all levels
  • Introduce and engage with prospective customers
  • Drive lead generation and demo bookings within Care Control
  • Daily management of our social media channels
  • Inform our customers of new updates and product enhancements
  • Create engagement and enhance the Care Control brand across the UK
  • Manage our CRM system and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide analysis and reports across all agreed key metrics
  • Manage our brand and brand identity
  • Thorough understanding of our competitors and changing trends within our market
  • Work with our Design Team to create new flyers, brochures and literature
  • Ability to embrace change and be a positive influence within the Team
  • To keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 Years in within a Marketing Role
  • Experience of managing a Marketing Team
  • Experience of managing a Marketing Budget
  • Experience of B2B Marketing
  • Demonstrable experience of managing Budgets and Campaigns
  • Sound understanding of GDPR
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Computer and mobile literate with a sound understanding of all MS Office Products
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Educated to Degree Level preferred (Marketing Degree a distinct advantage)
