Im currently partnering with an award-winning Holiday Park Operator based in Devon. My client is now looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to assist the Maintenance Manager with heading up all operations within the Grounds and Maintenance departmenton park. This employee is likely to be multi-skilled and experience and/or a qualification in plumbing would be an advantageKey Roles & Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for all day-to-day Maintenance and Grounds related operational matters across the park, including electrical and plumbing, as well as siting.
  • To ensure a good relationship with all owners and holiday makers.
  • To oversee the management of the touring and camping area.
  • To ensure all required administration is completed and filed to deadline.
  • To ensure completion of weekly safety checks on the playground and other areas as required.
  • To maintain all appropriate documentation relating to gas, electricity, caravan testing and any other appropriate testing.
  • To assist with all hot tub operations including re-filling, testing and any other maintenance related hot tub operations, complying to the company H&S policy.
  • Undertaking repairs and maintenance of buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment in your hotel or Coastal Village, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Carrying out minor repairs to the building, including small electrical repairs, painting, wallpapering, window and door repairs, simple plumbing jobs, tiling, and temporary repairs to make items safe
  • Carrying out minor repairs to equipment such as furniture
  • Attending rooms to assist guests with safes, door locks, room, or bathroom issues
  • Able to use and maintain a range of equipment to include loose hand tools, power tools and door lock equipment
  • Providing a safe, secure, and appealing environment for our guests and team, through adhering to the companies Health & Safety policies
