Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Support Coordinator to join a medical diagnostics company. This role is field based in the north Devon area, covering Exeter, Torbay.Salary:£200 - £250 per day. This role is inside IR35Laboratory Support Coordinator Role:

  • Provide support regards a variety of analytical systems covering applications, technical engineering and IT support on site at key account hospitals
  • Take ownership of ongoing issues and act as an escalation point for technical interventions
  • Organise and deliver training programs on use of equipment/instruments
  • Generate activity reports and participate in Technical Review and Quality meetings with all customer key stakeholders
Your Background:
  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject such as Biomedical, Engineering or other science, or have equivalent working experience
  • Excellent skills in customer service skills, stakeholder management, training delivery and presentation
  • Due to this role being field based a full UK driving license will be necessary
