Forensic Social Worker - Langdon Hospital - Devon County Council - £30 per hour. This is a full time temporary role (37 hours per week) lasting for a minimum of 3 months. The base for this role is Langdon Hospital in EX7 0NR. About the Role/Team:DCC arelooking to recruit a part time 3 days per week locum social worker to cover maternity leave, in their Community Forensic Social Work service, working out of Langdon Hospital, Dawlish. The social worker is a core member of a multi-disciplinary Community ForensicTeam and be responsible for taking an active role in carrying out the functions of that team; including carrying a case load of varying complexity, with a principle focus on service users who would benefit most from a social work intervention. Experience Required:Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience. Essential Requirements: Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK licence (essential) - Devon is a mostly rural county, and as their localities cover a large area accordingly you would be expected to travel somedistance between visits.
