The firm has a wide ranging client base with clients ranging from sub audit threshold turnover clients, through to large corporate groupsand international clients. The role will offer the potential for involvement in complex compliance along with significant involvement deliveringwide ranging tax planning and advisory projects across areas like international tax, capital allowances, , R and D, due diligence and other tax planning. A mix of remote/home to office working is on offer for the long term.DescriptionJoining as Corporate TaxManager based in the firms North Devon offices you will have a key managerial level role delivering complex compliance and tax planning to a wide ranging portfolio of groups, OMBs and entrepreneurial growth focused businesses and other wide ranging clients.You will manage the wider team and play a key role in helping in their development, reviewing work and supporting the team with their ongoing development. You will take on the responsibility for a portfolio of clients being primarily owner managed businesses,which will range from small companies to large, complex international groups. You will also lead the delivery of planning and tax advisory work, which may include capital allowances, international tax queries and wide range of other project work such as grouprelief, R and D, due diligence and other tax planning.ProfileYou will be any of ACA/CTA qualified or holding similar qualifications, with a career background within corporate tax compliance and planning. Your experience will have most likely have been developedwithin any of Top 4, Top 10 or Top 50 firm environment, or independent accounting firm of any size.
