Community Social Worker - Devon County Council - £36 per hour. This is a full time temporary role (37 hours per week) lasting for a minimum of 3 months. The base for this role is Barnstaple/Ilfracombe however remote working is also in place. About therole/team: Delivering a social care pathway in line with the requirements of the Care Act 2014.
