Adults Social Worker - Older People and Physical Disabilities - Bideford Hospital - Devon County Council - £31 per hour. This is a full time temporary role (37 hours per week) lasting for a minimum of 3 months. The base for this role is Bideford Hospitalin EX39 3AG. About the Role/Team:The post will be based in Bideford and the work will be with patients in the surrounding area and will including travelling to Torrington/Holsworthy area. The work will be assessments/support plans/MCAs/BI meetings, some COPapplications, working with OP, OPMH, LD, PD, Autism - in other words all client groups over 18 years old. You may be asked to undertake safeguarding enquiries with TM support. Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience. Essential Requirements:Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK licence (essential) - Devon is a mostly rural county, and as their localities cover a large area accordingly you would be expected to travel some distance between visits.
