Job Description

Account Manager - Remote / Home WorkingCompetitive Basic Salary & Bonus - Career Progression - Company Pension SchemeAbout this Opportunity:Connells Survey & Valuation Ltd is a panel management and surveying company that offers a national service to clients. Our main role is to provide mortgage valuation reports and support to our lender clients, the banks and building societies who providethe public with mortgages. We also provide more detailed survey reports for prospective purchasers.You will be responsible for delivering a professional account management interface between Connells Survey and Valuation and its corporate clients and panel managers working with the senior leadership team to identify and maximise new and incremental businessopportunities.Key Activities Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear lines of communication and escalation are established and maintained at all times Establish an advance diary of periodic review meetings to satisfy strategic, operational and technical requirements of the client Organise attendance at and proactive participation in periodic client strategic, operational and technical review meetings Organise pre meeting planning and preparation to ensure mutually agreed meeting agendas and previous meeting minutes are distributed in advance Recording and production of meeting minutes and actions, and distribution of same in a professional and timely fashion Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to ensure any actions arising are addressed and resolved prior to next periodic review meeting or a clear delay reason is established and a completion plan is in place Organise for the timely issue and distribution of monthly management information packs and provision of summaries Be responsible for first line contact to manage and resolve client queries and issues in a professional and timely manner engaging with internal stakeholders, administration teams and external suppliers in order to do so Provide consultative services by engaging with 3rd party suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to deliver lender systems integration to clients requirements Contribute to and participate in client entertainment programmes

  • About You:
Knowledge and experience of the UK lending industry and associated mortgage valuation and surveying services Record of successful client account management Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people, both internally and externally and at all levels A commitment to team work and working in a collaborative manner Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to work to a high standard under pressure and ensure deadlines are achieved Ability to manage and prioritise own workload and work on own initiative Confidence in client presentations at all management levels
