Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfillingand want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.About The CandidateYou will have completed your NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and it would be an advantage if you have experience of working in a hospital environment, however this is not essential.
