Job Description

Customer Service & Sales AdvisorPermanent, full- time 37.5 hours per week (9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday) 22 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysAnnual salary £21,646Benefits Include (after qualifying period):

We are an established telecommunications company, providing telecommunication services to businesses across the UK from our offices at Plymouth Science Park in Derriford, Plymouth.The customer service team manage enquiries from new and existing customers via telephone, email, social media, and post regarding our range of products and services.Our aim is to always provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. We are proud to have a 5-star Trustpilot rating from over 1000 customer reviews.The Customer Service & Sales Advisor role will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
  • Dealing with enquiries via the telephone, email and letters meeting our KPIs
  • Promote the benefits of our range of free and chargeable products and services.
  • Provisioning of new products and services and ensure customers are satisfied.
  • Make routine outbound calls to customers.
  • Provide first line technical support to customers.
  • Accurately update and maintain the company data base
  • Deal with accounts enquiries and promote the benefits of setting up a Direct Debit
  • Working to deadlines
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a contact centre environment in a customer service or sales role and you are now looking for a new rewarding opportunity.We are looking for a colleague that has a passion for providing first class customer service. You will be joining a small team that will always go above and beyond to make our customers feel valued and bring a positive attitude to the office. Attention todetail, retaining information and high organisational skills is necessary for this role to be carried out to a high standard.Essential attributes include: a confident, clear, and positive telephone manner, excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, able to prioritise workload and have a drive for results, a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and to be able to typeaccurately.
