About the roleReporting to our experienced Patient Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing a patient focused and efficient administrative service within the centre.This will include ensuring that all calls are answered in an efficient and courteous manner, assisting the medical records clerk and all other clerical duties Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want towork in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.You will have recent and relevant experience alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances.
