We deliver both Radiographer and Oncologist led clinics for patients in this area.We have undergone an ARIA and ECLIPSE upgrade to version 15 whereby we are currently developing the department into a paperlight facility. We are also going to be embarking on a new project to relocate our brachytherapy services to a new fully functional suite to allow development of this service. The department currently delivers High Dose Rate gynaecological brachytherapy using a Varian Gammamedplus iX unit. The treatment floor houses 3 Varian Linacs all with rotational IMRT and IGRT capabilities.
