Job Description

Our client is a successful and respected independent Estate Agent looking for a hungry, driven individual to join their expanding team in Dereham.The key objective will be to generate valuation leads, attend valuations and win new instructions. This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.Working Days:As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, youll be required to work Monday to Friday, alternate SaturdaysThe successful Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer will be offered:

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role you must have:
  • Experience in winning new instructions
  • A team player but with individual flair
  • Ideally knowledge of the Dereham market however not essential
  • Strong proven track record within Estate Agency
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly driven and motivated
  • Career driven
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your role will involve:
  • Convert valuation opportunities into instructions
  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Canvassing for new business
  • Booking and conducting valuations
  • Some sales progression when needed
  • Proactively researching the local market
