Job Description

Sales Executive - Innovative & Growing Co. - Dereham, Norfolk - c£60k OTEWe are looking for enthusiastic, goal-orientated and motivated Sales Superstars!Carousel is proud to partner an innovative company that is rapidly expanding across the UK and is looking to hire Sales Executives to join their successful sales team.Driven, focussed and tenacious, the Sales Executives are key team players in this organisation’s sales department.What’s on offerThe salary for the Sales Executive roles includes a basic of up to £30k plus uncapped commission (opportunity to earn c£60k OTE). Benefits include extensive and ongoing training and mentoring, pension scheme and bonus schemes.Our client has a proven business model, forward-thinking management and long term career opportunities.Key responsibilities as a Sales Executive include:

  • Growing the client base in active territories
  • Consultative selling to key UK industries
  • Researching companies and key contacts
  • Developing strong product and market knowledge
  • Prospecting, arranging and attending sales meetings
  • Demonstrating the value of the service to clients at all levels
  • Maintaining databases and records
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment (ideally 2 years+)
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with clients over the phone and in-person
  • Proven focus and drive on achieving and surpassing goals and targets
  • Ambition to succeed and be part of an evolving and expanding company
  • Desire to be part of something special and make it happen
  • A quick, agile mind with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and tenacious nature
  • PC literate - previous experience of CRM systems is highly beneficial
