Job Description

Our client,working predominately within the manufacturing, construction, water and food industries, are currently looking to expand their team by the introduction of a full time Projects Administrator, working within their busy projects office in Dereham. Working as part of a small team, you will assist in the smooth running of projects by ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to and look to identify ways to improve, making recommendations as required. This is a new role, so you will have the opportunity to make it your own. You will need to be a hardworking individual, who is practical, flexible and has the ability to overcome problems as they arise, finding solutions in a timely manner. You must be ableto demonstrate excellent organisationalskills, communication skills, a methodical approach to work and good IT skills.Key responsibilities;

  • Ensuring Project Files are maintained and stored when completed
  • Ensuring Site Files are maintained, processed and filed when completed
  • Liaising with Site Supervisors
  • Production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Maintaining Daily Labour Logs and dealing with any queries.
  • Liaising with Fleet Manager to ensure vehicles are available for maintenance
  • Liaising with the Administration team ensuring hotel requests, training requests, project complete forms, holiday requests & sales invoices are submitted in a timely manner
  • Other project administration as required by Project Managers
