Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this expanding internal construction company as Project Co-ordinator. A competitive salary of £25-30k per annum is on offer.Reporting to the Project Manager the successful candidate will be able to read CAD drawings (essential) and benefit from working in a construction environment (not essential). You will be a proficient user of MS Excel and adept at picking up new IT systems.You will have excellent communication skills and be able to offer a high level of customer service both to internal stakeholders and external clients.The Project Co-ordinators key role will include:

  • Supporting the Project Manager with live projects and ensuring the customer is kept informed. Essentially you will be the go between operations and the customer
  • Working in conjunction with Aftersales to action any required items
  • Ensuring excellent communication with production to foresee and communicate any delays to schedule to relevant departments and customers
  • Supporting Project Manager with customer schedules and Issuing Proformas to customers
  • Adhoc support and admin work as required by your department
Essentially this role is primarily supporting the Project Manager to ensure the customer has a seamless and smooth delivery. Building a strong and trustworthy relationship with the customer is essential and you will be the main point of contact until thecompletion of the construction project
