Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this expanding internal construction company as Project and Service Delivery Co-ordinator. A competitive salary of up to £40k per annum in on offer.The successful candidate will be able to read CAD drawings (essential) and benefit from working in a construction environment (not essential). You will be a proficient user of MS Excel and adept at picking up new IT systems. You will have excellent communicationskills and be able to offer a high level of customer service both to internal stakeholders and external clients. An ability to provide solutions is essential to offer smooth project delivery.The Project and Service Delivery Co-ordinators key role will include:

  • Handing over production-ready projects to Operations
  • Working with Aftersales to action any required items
  • Working with customers to prepare a project for ProductionUnderstanding/interpreting/checking CAD drawings & schedules
  • Working with customers to sign off schedules/drawings
  • Issuing Proformas to customers
Essentially this role is the go between from Sales to Operations to ensure the customer gets a seamless delivery and the project runs smoothly.
