Poultry Crew Member Permanent Position Full time role Work pattern include weekends Salary: Circa £29k per annum in the first year Dereham, Norfolk.No visas or sponsorships offered. As a Poultry Crew Member you will be acting as a support function to the number of poultry farms. Reporting to the main office in Dereham, you will be part of the team travelling to the farms in various locations where your duties will be:* Select, vaccinate and weigh birds and place into appropriate pens.* Clean and disinfect equipment and vehicles used in moving birds, supplies or equipment of the farm* Clean and disinfect bird cages and transport crates on a regular basis.* Adhere to all animal welfare regulations as required by company.* Ensure that all hygiene rules are followed, including personal hygiene, hand washing and the wearing of appropriate protective clothing.* Bio-security rules must be strictly followed.* Mucking out, clean and sanitize farm buildings* Moving birdsSalary and benefits* Salary of £29k per annum. * Attendance Bonus Payment* Attractive overtime rates( x1.5 after 39 hours per week and Saturdays and x2 on Sundays)* 32 days holiday, including Bank Holidays* Christmas Vouchers* Long Service Award Scheme* Pension scheme membership* Life insurance* Private Medical Insurance* Employee assistance programmeAbout you: * Ability to work in a physically demanding environment* Be flexible and adaptable (willing to work unsocial hours and some weekends)* Willingness to work overtime as required.* Full Driving licenceIf you would like to find out more about this role - apply now, or call ISQ Recruitment on .
