Job Description

R13 are proudly supporting a fantastic business in their recruit for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. The purpose of this role will be to provide integral support to customers through inbound calls, emails and live chats, maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.Based in Dereham, this is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours a week with shifts fall within the following hours: from 8am-7pm Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays, and 10am-4pm on Sundays. You will work x2 Saturdays a month &1 Sunday. The offered salary for this position is £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.The companyThey are multi award-winning, family run organisation in the international travel sector.   • Delivering excellent customer service via inbound calls, emails and live chats.
  • Organising bookings and dealing with subsequent amendment and cancelations.
  • Providing integral advice and support to customers on ancillary products.
  • Resolving customer queries as a first point of contact
  • Developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Explaining and selling customers on the benefits of signing up with the company.
You will have/be:
  • Previous customer service experience and a passion for providing great service.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literate with a good grasp on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible and adaptable to company and team needs.
