Job Description

REED are working with a fantastic organisation in Dereham, recruiting for the position ofCustomer Service Advisorto join the team on a permanent basis.Working 40 hours per week of Monday to Friday either 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm, plus two Saturdays/Sundays per month with a day off in lieu.The role will involve:

  • Handling calls from customers, providing excellent customer service at all times, building strong rapport with customers
  • Liaising with customers on live chat
  • Providing quotations and inputting booking information
  • Dealing with queries, providing information as required
  • Problem solving and resolving issues
  • Dealing with email correspondence
  • Going the extra mile to exceed customers expectations
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident, friendly, polite and helpful telephone manner
  • Team working
  • Ability to use computer systems and Microsoft office programs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong listening skills and ability to empathise with customers
  • Ability to learn and develop
  • Strong communication both written and verbal
Package
  • Salary of £19,500-£22,000
