Job Description

Our established and highly regarded client is looking for a Residential Fee Earner / Conveyancer to join their friendly team.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years prior experience of managing residential property transactions to include sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds and new builds. They must also be comfortable and confident in liaising directly with clients,agents, lenders and other parties.Experience must include:

  • Running a caseload from start to finish
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Able to use IT and a Case Management System
  • Able to work well as part of a team
