Are you passionate about auditing and helping businesses to improveThe Recruit Venture Group are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our internal compliance team as a Recruitment Compliance Auditor.Experienced or not, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional company as a Recruitment Compliance Auditor within our internal compliance team, to add real value to our clients by guiding and advising on best practice recruitment and compliancewithin the recruitment workflow.The ideal candidate will have auditing experience but more importantly a good eye for detail and a passion for helping others to improve.Experience in compliance-related roles or the recruitment sector would be beneficial but not essential.This is an opportunity for you to play a key role in a growing business, ensuring that businesses remain compliant in all legislative areas. The role includes auditing, reporting, advising, creating and developing training to help individuals and businessescomply with regulations governing them.The Recruit Venture Group is well-established investment company with clear and continued expansion plans.We launch anywhere between 4 to 8 new businesses each year under our model which offers investment and support to our partner recruitment businesses across the UK.The current network consists of over 50 businesses and 250+ staff.Joining the compliance team, you will be a valued member of a business which is growing at a rapid pace since its launch in 2011, going from start-up to over £185million in turnover.You will be an excellent communicator with an analytical mind, great communication skills and attention to detail, sound judgement with a positive can do attitude, able to work well within a team environment and support the Compliance Manager to deliver thebest customer service.As a Compliance Auditor you will be responsible for completing audits to verify if recruitment agencies are operating in a way which meets legislative, regulatory, and contractual requirements. You will need to be proactive and passionate in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative change and sector developments. Remain conversant with all relevant and upcoming legislation and general recruitment best practice.Audit compliance with relevant employment legislation and contractual requirements. Recording all findings quickly and accurately to audit reports.Work with your team to recommend corrective and preventative actions to address any shortcomings.We offer a robust renumeration package, negotiable depending on experience with a business performance related bonus scheme. Salary: Negotiable depending on experienceLocation: Predominantly based in Dereham (Norfolk) will involve regular travel to business locations across the UK.
