Are you currently looking for your next exciting role in healthcare As a Care Assistant in Dereham, Swaffham, Fakeham, Swanton Morley, Scarning, Hockering, Mattishall and Watton, you will ensure that our service users get the support they need to live their lives to the fullest. Youll play an integral role in a supportive team to assist with personal care, clinical needs, social activities and any additional services needed.As a Support Worker in, your duties will involve delivering person-centred care to service users, in line with their care plan.
