Newcross Healthcare is seeking experienced Care Assistants to care for service users with complex care needs living in their own homes in Dereham, Fakenham, Swaffham, Swanton Morley and the larger Norfolk area.This role is a chance to make a real difference to peoples lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals.Your duties will vary, including anything from assisting residents with their food and drink, following care plans and getting them involved in social activities. Youll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients. Person specification Youll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. Youll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility, and with a valid Moving and Handling certificate. Youll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required.
