Job Description

Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Dereham in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive finance team on a permanent basis. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant.Key duties include:

  • Ensure statements are received from all key suppliers and ensure these are reconciled monthly
  • Ensure statements received from other suppliers are reconciled fully
  • Ensure and demonstrate visual checks are made on ledger entries
  • Processing correctly and accurately purchase ledger invoices and credit notes
Key Skills:
  • Must have accounts payable experience
  • Strong excel experience would be beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively and independently
