Help Open Brand New HomeA newly formed organisation is looking to open its 1st home in the Nottingham area to help support children with Emotional and Behavioural DifficultiesHighlights:

  • New Organisation with the backing to open 10 homes over 3 years
  • The directors of the organisation have extensive experience within the public and private spaces and are combining their knowledge to open a range of Care homes
  • The focus of the organisation is to provide a tailored Therapeutic and evidence based approach to service users to help support them overcome trauma
  • The organisation is also providing service users with educational support to help them gain confidence and competence
  • As this is the 1st home you will be encouraged to work closely with the directors but also to provide recommendations as to how the organisation can provide the best service to its service users
  • You will have the opportunity to grow with the organisation as the business grows there will be more opportunities to take on senior positions
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and capable Registered Manager to take on a new role as a Registered Manager for an organisation that is opening its 1st 2 homes this year. You will be working for an innovative organisation which has robustbacking to open 10 homes in the next 3 years, which will provide you exciting growth and career opportunities as the organisation opens more homes.The 1st home which is a 3 bed EBD home will focus on providing a therapeutic and evidence based approach to service user to help support them overcome periods of trauma. The organisation has partnered with other providers in the area so that service usersget access to a range of resources to help support them.
