Job Description

QA/RA ManagerAustin Vita is excited to share with you this fantastic opportunity to join a business that has recently received substantial investment.The RoleAs the QA/RA Manager, you will be given the opportunity to really make this role your own and establish yourself enabling you to help this company expand and grow. If you are a go-getter and look for solutions to all challenges, then this is the role for you.Accountabilities:

  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of QMS and requirements.
  • Provides technical support and advice on GDP matters.
  • Identifies and initiates improvements and changes to existing processes and procedures.
  • Ensure distribution processes are compliant with Wholesale Dealers Licence, Customer, and Spirit Medical quality requirements for both medical products and medical devices.
  • Managing and developing the team to ensure specific company goals and regulatory compliance is achieved.
  • The manufacture of Medical Devices is compliant with CE Mark regulations.
  • Contribute to Management Review of the QMS system and Key Quality Indicators.
  • Continuous Improvement Actions.
  • Non-conformance, complaints & field corrective action handling including investigation and ensuring corrective and preventative actions are taken.
  • Previous Experience:
  • Ideally to have had experience in IV administration or medical consumables
  • Experience in working with customers in a service delivery capacity.
  • 7 years within a Quality environment
