Job Description

** New Interim HRD opportunity **An interim HRD (manufacturing) is needed to assist in closing out some important HR projects which are being undertaken by this manufacturing organisation in south Derbyshire.The client seeks an experienced HRD (with a strong manufacturing background) who is immediately available to assist with a number of areas of their HR operations, including:

  • Evolving their employer value proposition
  • Assisting in ongoing improvement of their talent attraction and retention strategies
  • Evolving their management training capability
  • Assisting in employee relations interventions
  • Assisting in the development of a sustainable succession plan
This is a flavour of the workload - lots to do!The assignment would be paid on a PAYE basis on the equivalent salary as advertised as the role is not going to get past IR35. Candidates will need to be happy being remunerated on this basis.As this is a manufacturing business, the role is anticipated to be mainly on-site in south Derbyshire.
