Job Description

*Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist - Derby - £35,000 - £40,000 * Im pleased to announce the Macildowie HR are working with a fantastic, Healthcare organisation based in the East Midlands. Who are now looking for a established talent specialist who has experience working within the healthcare industry to step into the business and take ownership of contractual roles. This person will have to have experience in a high volume capacity. The core duties of this role will include:

  • Building relationships of account managers
  • Creation of candidate pipelines
  • Full accountability and autonomy in a stand alone position
  • Being the first point of contact for the recruitment contract needs of the business
  • KPI reporting and measuring
  • Ensuring IR35 compliance and become the go to expert in this for the organisation.
  • Administration management and management of 1 direct report
  • Development of hiring and talent attraction strategies.
  • The ideal candidate:
  • Focused on customer experience and the importance of getting the right people in the roles
  • Used to working within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle responsibilities
  • The right candidate will be confident and engaging with the ability to build lasting relationships quickly.
  • Will be innately values driven and uphold the companys ethos at all times.
