Job Description

Application Engineer (C#) - Nottingham - up to £45k + company benefits including remote working, flexible working hours, career progression, excellent training, huge company discounts & more!An award-winning company is looking for skilled Application Engineers to join their successful and fast-growing IT team. This opportunity will see you build an established career by understanding the full range of internal systems.The RoleAs an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for working with internal IT and software development teams to resolve application issues swiftly. Their software is written in C# .Net so it is essential you can write automation test scripts from scratch.There would be a hybrid of both support and development in this role. Youll have an abundance of autonomy so it would be perfect if you are passionate about sharing ideas and learning new skills. Working with the latest technologies at large, this role isfor the technically capable, driven and ambitious tester.Application Engineer role requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years experience as a software developer or 2 years in an application support role
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Working experience of interacting with and supporting development teams
  • An interest in writing software
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
