Job Title: Warehouse Team LeaderJob Location: Raynesway, DerbyHours: 2200 to 0600, 1400 to 2200 and 0600 to 1400Gi Group have immediate starts available for Warehouse Team Leaders to be based on site. You will be reporting to the Warehouse Support Managers on a rotating shift basis (3 shifts)We are working with a large drinks distribution centre with excellent facilities and a nice clean organised environmentThe location is just off Raynesway on the outskirts of Alvaston so a great location to be able to get toThe key responsibilities include:* The supervision of a team of Warehouse Operatives and prioritisation of all duties to ensure that service criteria and operational deadlines are achieved across the contract* The supervision and control of all goods inward and outward processes* To ensure that all dispatch documentation meets operational requirements* To provide KPI/Management Information relating to operational activities* To implement structured development programs for direct reports, to achieve a multi-skilled work team* To ensure that all direct reports adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to the warehouse function* To identify and implement best working practices via continual process review and discussion with direct reports* To provide resource solutions ensuring that Warehouse activities support operational and customer requirements* Ensuring that Health & Safety requirements are adhered to, to provide a safe working environmentThis is a great opportunity available for someone who is flexible enough to become a Warehouse Team Leader. To be successful in this role you will have excellent time management skills, sound operational knowledge and strong communication skills.
