Are you reliable and a good team player Do you go above and beyond to make a differenceDo you have what it takes to be a Warehouse Supervisor for one of our prestigious clients based at East Midlands AirportDue to expansion and workload, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our client, a leading global parcel company. You will be working for Right Now Group, based on site at our clients facilities in East MidlandsShift Pattern:Monday - Friday 18:30 - 05:00amSunday 20:00 - 05:00am (includes half hour break)You will be working on a fixed shift pattern. This is a full-time opportunity working approx. 40 hours per weekDuties and responsibilities of a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Collect check in sheet daily from security and update temp working locations for each shift
• Check temp staff in and out of each shift, calling any temps establishing if they are late / or a "no show"
• Update daily excel sheet for staffing on shifts and send directly to the Line Manager.
• Act as an escalation point during the shift, dealing with any issues in a calm and professional manner
• Ensure you keep all matters confidential and only report back incidents to Right Now Account Management team
• Keep in regular contact (even at times out of hours) with Right Now Account Management team.
• Provide an updated screener list after shift finishes daily
• Be responsible for meeting with Line Managers daily to provide an update on staffing and any other issues, reporting back to Right Now Account Management team with any points raised.
• Be the liaison and point of contact for questions and queries of temps (you do not need to have the answers but to be able to absorb the information and pass back to Right Now Account Management team)
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as required

• Be able to start approx. one hour before each sort begins and have flexibility to stay at the end of each sort. Ensuring you sign the last temp out of the building and report back to Right Now Account Management Team

• Creative and think of ideas to improve communication, staffing levels and better working practices
