Job Description

We are actively looking to engage a Warehouse SAP Superuser for an exciting systems troubleshooting opportunity in Derby! You will be joining a market leading business on their new site start-up!Client DetailsOur client is a world-wide leader in retail, fashion and IT logistics, who are in the process of starting a brand new site operation in the Derby area close to East Midlands Airport. The site incorporates over 850 staff across a 700,000 sq.ft. operation.The site also uses SAP as its default WMS system.DescriptionAs a Warehouse SAP Superuser you will report into the Head of Inventory & Systems on a daily basis and work across a day shift pattern (with ocassional weekend cover). You will cover the following areas of responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for topics related to the SAP system for operations.
  • Make any SAP system adjustments that are required at an operational level
  • Supporting new projects / process optimizations in the SAP system and accompany the implementation by the IT.
  • The regular production of statistics and evaluations
  • Identifying system failures and seek the solution with support from the Key Users as required.
  • Carry out testing of the system in conjunction with IT and operations.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Information Security, Site Security and GDPR.
  • Training of staff on system processes and providing ongoing 1st level support
  • Auditing of administration staff to ensure correct processes are being followed as documented
  • Any other duties which are reasonable and appropriate.
ProfileThe successful Warehouse SAP Superuser will have a strong background of warehousing systems and WMS technology along with the following experience:
  • 2+ years experience of Warehouse
  • A knowledge of WMS - ideally SAP
  • Commutable to Derby area near East Midlands Airports
  • Good computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail
